Create basic Swift app

I need a basic iOS app written in Swift. Should not take more than a couple of hours for an experienced developer. The app should have a tab bar with 4 elements. 1 tab: Home, with a list of items with custom cells. Needs to load the data to show from the an URL and parse simple JSON. 2 tab: Search, contains a search field at the top and the result is the same list as in tab 1 3 tab: Empty, not yet specified 4 tab: Settings, common settings screen with a couple of entries I will provide the screenshots and some more details (JSON structure, smaller features, design, settings content, etc.) of how it should look like when the project starts. Some more requirements: - It must be written in Swift and the code be clean - Use of story board for app layout - Each tab must be in its own storyboard and connected through the main storyboard - The list item layout for tab 1 can be in the storyboard for the home part or in its own xib, what' work better - Use standard iOS elements, only custom ones when there are no standard ones - Use open source libraries where applicable and don't reinvent the wheel Very important: To distinguish you from the spammers, please write I AM NOT A ROBOT as the first line of your bid.
