Create a custom infinite runner game for ios and android

Hi there, I'm basically looking to create a custom infinite runner game based on source code from similar games which can be bought from sites like chupamobile. I would like to mix the infinite runner concept with the bejeweled theme. So for example running along avoiding objects and picking up coins etc whilst being chased by an enemy, if your caught you have to do like a bejeweled thing of connecting certain elements if done properly you get bonus points if failed you lose a life etc. and the game carries on like that going through different levels and gaining power ups. I would like game available on ios and android and it will need to be translated into various languages with different extensions of the core game crreated for different markets. I have a maximum delivery time of 6 months for this project with extension possible but only in extreme cases. I would like to meet the individual who will carry out the work in person as this will be a long term project which will require alot of emails, phone calls, meetings and a huge collaborative effort where I will also require that individual to carry out updates and maintenance for the app after the completion of the work so the relationship element is important to this project. If meeting is not viable then skype will be suffice. I will provide more details but would like to know what your thoughts are in terms of the project whether its something you can actually deliver.
