Cross platform mobile app dev

Looking for mobile app developers to code a cross platform (ios and android) social app, based on an exciting new idea that will revolutionize the world! Platform you may suggest but we are currently looking at Ionic. Level of complexity is medium, very doable if you're proficient in coding. Nothing exceptionally hard, consists of the basic inputs and forms, push services and minor chat functionalities. Design, mockup, requirements and prototype all done up, just need someone to code. Not looking for a company, but for passionate individuals who believe in the idea with us and get to the end point together. Not a turnkey project. Budget can be discussed, depending on what you can do. Est maybe 5 to 10k? Singapore only.
