Desenvolver um aplicativo para o Android

An app that listens to events in another app and based on that answers to these events (simulate a touch). The app should work based on an online subscription. Every week, if the admin doesn't add another week to the subscription, the app will not listen to any events. Needs to have an online database so the admin can add new users and renew the subscription every week. UI is not important and it is restricted to turn on or off the listening and giving information of how much time the user still have till the next activation.
