Design a hardware system and android phone apps that to auto set the phone mode to Vibrate mode

More and more people are getting the smart phone, but it’s unfair to say that 100% of these smart phones in today have some shortcut in place to allow us to set them to silent or vibrate mode quickly, so we have all been there you are right in the middle of a sensitive situation and just a moment later you’re scrambling to find your ringing phone and shut it off. There are many modes setting in the smart phone, e.g. silent mode, outdoor mode..However the user has to adjust different modes manually, to develop this apps, it will reputedly make our smart phones more bearable at cinemas and other social events. You do not want to go through the embarrassment of having the phone ringing in the wrong over time, so this project is ideal (idea) for situations where a ringing smart phone could draw undue attention. The area can be detected by GPS or local access points This application will be useful when going to a movie, attend class, attending a meeting or other such a sensitive areas. By using this application simply set the phone to automatically to silent mode when it use the GPS for detecting the location, come in such a wifi area network or connected to the access points which allocated in the certain public area。
