Need a Specialist in WAP development

Hi! more than perform a web development i need someone who knows exactly about WAP development for help me to analyse some data that i need the requirements are very clear: 1.- knows how to develop WAP webpages 2.- knows exactly about WAP development please dont bid if you are not sure about the topic, and we will not create/release any milestone until we will find out the result (we got three times for this project the case that the freelancer took the money and run)
