Write an iPhone application

I need an shop app created for iOS and Android maybe using Ionic Framework but preferable native languages (Java and Swift). As a backend it's preferable Azure. But you can use Firebase or Apple Cloud also. This app must be easy converted to any other language. 1) First app is for a customer. There are some pages (About us, Contacts, Call to shop). He also sees Catalog of product. Clicking on one item of the Catalog he sees products. On clicking on a product opens window with this product and full description of it. In this window he can click numbers of selected product and click on Put to basket. On the top of an app there is a button Order. Filling name, phone and address he click on Order. The shop manager receive his geolocation also. For iOS and Android. 2) Second app is for a manager. He receive notification and all other info (product name, price, quantity, phone, name, point on Openstreetmap) when the order is made. He must confirm the order. When he confirms, a customer receive a notification of confirmed order. If a customer ordered more than once his name shows in different color.
