What I understand from the description is you need a simple app to convert phone media to mp3. I am familiar with all UI components for the app mentioned in the link. For backend video converting we need to use android media codec (or some other library ) to extract audio data and embed meta data by user. I have some idea to proceed but things will be more clarified after we proceed.
