create an android address book app

i need someone to create an app for me for browsing the address book, and then parse an url of the address book to a web page (1 url string) I have the technique ready. the design is ready. the app has 5 pages, Page 1, contacts (like normal phone book) r page 2, recent (recent calls from app) page 3 favorites, (with easy add to favorite function) c page 4 a call screen with a call button it will generate a url that will be opened in background) (numbers in phone book and entered must be changed by the app eg, spaces and ( and - must be removed from the no. page 5 a settings screen that will open a (few) webpages. so just links. Then 1 final function is a share function, it will generate a url that will place a cookie. in the settings screen there is a field for lD and Pin. It must be saved during updates of the app. the app has 2 languages (so all words must be in the language file) we have 4 languages (to start), spanish, french, NL and English) please make an offer there must also be a switch language button.
