I am looking for developer who understands Avaya DMCC SDK, to create wrapper for the DMCC api. The functionality I would like exposed via the wrapper is: Log an extension in and out Make a call Put a call on hold Hangup a call Blind transfer a call I will use this wrapper in an existing .NET 4.0 Windows Form application. I would like all source code as part of the deliverable.

Another option to look at is to use tsapi to perform these same functions. I have developed a c# web service to provide these same features and would be quite a bit less in avaya licensing if you use tsapi. Your dmcc approach would be easily accomplished and actually avaya already provides the code for their dmcc test client which demonstrates these features. Let me know if I can help. This is my primary line of business and often work with clients in south africa.
