Canonical URL - Set Up HTaccess - 301 redirects - SEO

Hi, I have a problem on my website with duplicate content. Example [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] this is obviously the same with all pages of my website. This is very bad for my SEO and i want it fixed with 301 redirects. I have read that the best way of fixing this issue is with htaccess but i don't have a clue how to create a htaccess or how to set it up on the server etc. I want a htacess created for me to fix this problem and i want either instructions of how to put it on my server to make it work or i want it set up for me. The job wont be classed as complete until all these url's forward to the one destination via 301 redirect and i have checked every page of my website to check its fixed. Its really important the server gives the 301 status code when it forwards I dont want SE indexing duplicate content from my site. Please help
