Develop a Mac Application

I'm interested in the source code of an macOS application. I want to build a menu bar app and I need some help starting up. Functionality of the app: 1) Intercept the command CMD + Q 2) Delay the triggering of the command by my configuration So if the user presses CMD + Q it should not do the default (close the focused application), the app should intercept it. Then the app should delay the execution of the command. If the app process is running, it should intercept CMD + Q in all other apps. I hope this is making any sense. Requirements: 1) It should live in the menu bar only 2) It should preferably be written in Swift 3 3) No styling or what so ever is needed, the functionality described above is the only thing I'm interested in. I want the rights to the source code when it's done. It should work as described but it doesn't have to come bundled or anything.
