Develop a Mac Application

I would like to build a simple follow app. I currently run a site called DepFollow. I built a bot that could follow multiple users on an app called Depop (similar to instagram) Because they have not released an API I am looking for a talented individual who could help me do this more simply. I would just like to be able to log in and automatically follow "x" number of people, nothing crazy just yet. I am still a teenager so would appreciate anyone who is willing to help for all the money I have saved up to develop this project.
