Change Platforms - OS Commerce to Magento

We have 2 existing e-commerce sites that use OS Commerce and we would like to change them to the Magento platform. Project will require service provider to convert both of these existing sites and all products, images, pricing, customers, data, etc. from OS Commerce to Magento. Price should also include installation of Magento Templates with customization or site configuration using standard Magento layouts. One site is retail and the other is "wholesale only" and will require registration and approval prior to access. Subsequent login will require user ID and password. Only bid if you are a Magento expert and can complete this project in a limited amount of time and for a reasonable budget. Both "stores" will be run from the same Magento installation. You will also provide the Installation and complete configuration of Magento platform.
