Advanced Coders Required For Drupal SIte

We are seeking advanced coders to assist our development team to do a live streaming code for social networking site using by Drupal CMS.   Our Drupal site currently using Facebook-style Statuses (Microblog) module to doing on our wall stream. Any methods welcomed - e.g. Ajax push, just want the information will be "pushing" out to site without refresh the pages or apply refresh script based on timing.
