ASP Affiliate Program

I want an exactly clone of "My ASP Affiliate Program" at: [login to view URL] The current script only use PayPal for payout. I want you to add an e-gold option for payout, so we will have to add one more field in the table so that affiliate can enter their e-gold account. And also I want to add other option for payout, ex: Wire Transfer(with additional fee), Western Union(with additional fee) Or if you have any idea or you can make it a lot better, just tell me you can do it! I would want the interface look like the image above. But the affiliate program I want is not dealing with membership, it's for a per sale basis. People can just join affiliate program for free, then start promoting my site, when people come to my site from their referral link and buy my product/service, they get commission. But this will have to handle with Refund too... so if the person they refer has cancled his/her perchase, the amount of commission will have to be deducted from the total commission that the specific affiliate earned. And the commission will not be paid automatically. Affiliate will have to request for commission (which I can set the minimum amount earned and the date of each month they can request for commission) Also, in admin area I want to be able to set the payout choice to be shown to affilate just like the image [login to view URL] First, affiliate choose the choice, second they supply information needed (or maybe the code can just retrive the data from database, and finally confirm their request. So, when I log in to admin area, I can see their request and can send their commission. I want all the code to be code in ASP. Please tell me exactly how much you would want for this coding.
