ASP web report from MS Access DB(repost)

Filterable ASP report from MS Access database. I have a web based application that I need to have 2 custom reports built for it. The report will include 3 fields from a table or query I have already created. The report will entail calculating some percentages and totals, and include some filtering of fields. The database is MS Access 2000 and the front end is classic ASP. I would like the report built in ASP and I have attached an Excel and database file with an outline of what I want in the report. The two reports will be almost identical with the difference being on field (Either Associate or Manager). The query with the data is called Qry_AllItemsDates, and is pulling from the tbl_Clients table. I do not care which you use to create the report, but the table format has to stay intact. I wanted to clarify the Excel example I posted is only to show you what I want the report to look like. The project itself should only be using the access db and asp pages to create the report with the exception of the ability to export to excel. Also.. there have been a large amount of bidders on the project. Before choosing a winner I would like to see just a screen shot of a report,not the necessarily the final product, or a sample of a project similar to this you have done.
