Astrology Moon Phase Calculator

I'm seeking a person who can replicate the moon phase application on moon phase and add a couple features of my own. This application must tell the moon phase accurate for the next 10 year and be dependent on my server. It must have an URL link in it that can be spidered and recognized by Google, where the program shuts down should it be removed. These are all features of the another program out there.
