Banner Campaign Impression and Clicks Tracking Software

I'm looking for software, so that when I sell banner advertising space on my website I can track the impressions and create a report to send to the customers. I will be putting banners on sites that are NOT mine as well, so it will have to track impressions from outside sites as well. I'm unsure what language it will be need to be written in but I'm assuming .php I have put a max bid of $20 for this project, but if you're bid will be more please let me know. With your bid I will need a demo of the admin section of the software, and the reports it creates or an example of it in use somewhere. The software will have to run from my webserver, and must be installed and working properly by coder before I will accept work as completed. I will also need a copy of the install instructions for myself to have in case I my site or would like to install the softwar on additional domain names. If you need any aditional information please contact me Thanks for bidding, HSA ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
