I need someone to create a Banner Exchange website. What's needed with this project: * Logo Design * Banner Exchange script should support several banner sizes and formats * Banner Exchange should support even FLASH banners * Users can buy credits (Paypal Integration + c/c) * Each user has its own account and statistics. * User can add several websites under one unique account. Under each website he could add several banners The account will have such a scheme: User account # 001 Website----> [login to view URL] Banner1 Banner2 Website----> [login to view URL] Banner1 Banner2 (With the ability to add several Websites more and several Banners in different formats and sizes) User can allocate credits to a preferred banner than another. * Admin (me) has own account with statistics and several abilities (Banner approvation, website approvation, manual credit add, delete account, ability to exclude websites from the network, Add categories etc.) * Admin has the ability to assign credits according to banner format. For example for 88x31 banners, for each impression user will receive 0.15 credits. For a 728x90 (a bigger one) user will receive 0.9 credits. Why that? In this way user can advertise 738x90 on its website and use that credits to receive 6 88x31 banner impressions (0.9/0.15=6). In this way users can advertise their banners easily.
