Build a Scorecard

We are looking to build a balanced scorecard for our clients. This project will be done in 2 phases. First we need to have a clear, sophisticated and feature rich balanced scorecard product specification defined comparable to the best in the market. Once we approve the features and the specifications we can start the development. This is going to be a web based membership based product. The actual development will be done in phase 2. The Product should have features to capture the concepts of a Balanced Scorecard method. The product should have a Nice graphical Dashboard view reporting the Metrics which will give a quick snapshot of how the company is performing in all the four areas. Give the total quote. 1. The deliverables would be a clear Software Requirements Specification document. 2.
