CSS / HTML Help Needed

We've got a site that has a header/trailer that uses mostly html tables (rather than divs) for which we have developed a menu system. The menu works but we are having problems getting the menu to align correctly when the browser isn't at maximum size. The menu is using divs/css on mouse-over. We need the location of those popups to be relative to the corresponding menu item. We need someone to take the existing code css and build a working example of such a popup menu in the existing html / header/trailer files, and that example needs to be able to also function within other header/trailer files that may use html-tables OR divs. This is what the current menu looks like in a small browser window: [login to view URL] You'll see that it has wandered to the left of the window.
