I need a software that can record calls, save customers information (mentioned below), take customers orders based on menus, become an answering machine when i turn on the answering machine mode. The details are mentioned below: Right now im using 5 different phones for 5 different lines. They are normal landlines, not voip. I am using 5 different landline phones for 5 different lines. I dont want to change that. What it should do? When i pickup any of the fone it should start recording the call automatically. The saved calls should be searched by date, time and size of file. When a customer calls in once his information and all orders should be saved. When the customer calls again the software should detect it & the name and saved information and previous orders should automatically be shown on the screen before the call is recieved. There should be 1 landline attached to 1 computer. There should be 5 pc's for all 5 lines. If a customers information & previous orders are saved from one pc & a customer calls again on the other line which is attached to a different pc the information should also be displayed on the other monitor. All computers must be interconnected. When i setup the software to answering machine mode. It should play the answering machine on all 5 phones. The software should automatically make a daily backup which i should easily save somewhere incase the server or any pc crashes at some point. Please remember there will be 5 pc's and if a customer calls on line1 attached to pc1 and the information is saved on it and if the same customer calls again on line2 or line5 which is attached to pc2 or pc5 the information should be automatically visible on their screen. Customer information must be editable. I also need to put in menus in the software and if i search 'gl' and a restaurant name starts with 'gl' it should be automatically chosen from the list. There should be the dictionary. I dont know what it is called. PLEASE DONT SHOW ME YOUR PREVIOUS WORK. I AM NOT INTERESTED. PLEASE ONLY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND TELL ME WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR ME. ## Deliverables Everything should be in a form. The interface should be changed if its not easy or not something i like or find hard to use. I would prefer if all the things are saved on a pc which acts as a server behind the 5 pcs and nothing is saved on any of those pc's so the information is more secure. Is it possible? Their should be an admin panel on the server which should be password protected. The admin should be able to lock the software and if locked and a phone rings the software should not work. The recorded calls, customers information (searchable by name, number, address) should be only available in the admin panel. This should be done manually incase the admin wants to retrieve any information. The recorded calls should only be accessible by the admin and no other user should be able to hear them. The recorded calls should also be searchable by time, size, date and phone number.
