Classic ASP Expert Needed

I need a classic asp developer who can add following functionality in an existing asp based shopping cart. 1) It does not need username/password for checkout at the moment I'd like to add a functionality that'll allow option to either login to checkout or checkout without login by filling all the shipping address and billing address. 2) Be able to mark product as electronic download so when the order is complete we can allow customers to download the file. Please note the current site is classic asp not DOT NET with DSN based database connection.
