I am working on making a local website, this website is for local Chinese community based in Canada, and I need an experienced web developer team or individual ( Hopefully, with Chinese Background ) to help me to program and design a classifed ads site that similar to [login to view URL] ( or Chinese website - [login to view URL] ) and [login to view URL], (If you don't know what [login to view URL] is DON'T BOTHER BIDDING. ) I have a simple graphic design ready and I will need to talk about more details on the design and functionality interfaces with the person or team I selected afterwards. The user interface must be simple, clean and fast. The classified ads just for one city, and only following sections are required, House / Buy or Sell / Job / Personal / Community / Service / Education.
