Convert Excel sheet to something web based with entry like Google Docs

I have Large Excel workbook for betting baseball. Sheet 1 is my main page and sheet 2 through 52 are for bi weekly reports for 26 weeks. All the formulas etc are their already (even thought I think alot of it is elementary and I think a professional way to program could make them better. After a long thought I have decided I want this to be entirely web and form entry based and get away from excel. the ultimate goal would be for me to log on, enter my bet team and the line via a form from a a website so I can be anywhere. I then want the program when I log in the next time, to check scores and update my results. I am worried about development time HOWEVER and NEED this done by the end of the weekend or a great deal done by the end of the weekend. I will be available constantly to answer questions and test etc. I am also available for a team viewer session, so I can give you a walk through of the excel sheet I have now.
