WEB 2.0 Program with WEB 2.0 Functionality PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING! YOUR BID WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SERIOUSLY IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS! I need a custom application which will be an online interface for clients and consultants to work together. There are many scripts that are similar to what I need that are used for social networking - this is not a social networking program but many functions are the same. The winning bidder will receive a very special offer which I can only discuss in PM. The offer is good incentive to do a great job - believe me. The interface will be a private area for clients to view and download documents, send and receive messages to/from their assigned consultant, see their personal plan, and more. This webware must be secure as the database will hold sensitive data. [it is a free program, just sign up to see how it works] Please see the attached files for rough draft of functionality I need. THE INTERFACE DOES NOT HAVE TO LOOK LIKE THE ATTACHMENT !!! The functionality is what matters most, and the interface will have to look VERY good. ATTACHMENTS: One file is the client area... the other is the consultants area. [I will also need strong ADMIN backend - to manage clients, consultants, messaging, send tips to consultants, and global news to all users... etc - be sure to include admin backend functionality in your bid] I will Provide: Creative Direction as needed, graphic design, and half payment up front in an escrow account. - scripting/code: Prefer PHP, AJAX, MySQL, XML REQUIREMENTS and TERMS Of YOUR BID: - Bidder MUST be able to show experience with creating dynamic scripts. - Bidder MUST communicate on a regular basis (minimum of every two days and more when needed). - Bidder MUST be able to COMPLETE the project in 3 weeks from the date of project start. (I will be available everyday to work with you as needed) - Bidder MUST sign a non-disclosure, and give all rights to me. - Bidder MUST install script on my server and I must be able to fully test the program before final payment is made. For the first three months, any bugs/glitches that need to be fixed must be fixed at no extra cost. - Bidder MUST acknowledge these requirements/terms in bid. ***Failure to comply with any of the above stated requirements/terms will either make your bid void, or, if selected, will give me the right to cancel escrow payment without notice. BONUS: There are two bonuses available to the winning bid. 1. If finished on time, and the project meets or exceeds my expectations I will give a $150.00 bonus. 2.
