C#\VB.NET : register by HttpWebRequest\Socket To 2 Sites

Hi, I want a small winform program that allow me to enter required data (username, password...) then click a button to register on one of these 2 sites : [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (a checkbox is required to selected the target site), for captcha resolution, I want a popup windows shown with captcha image and a textfield were I can enter the captcha code. So to resume this a small porgram that allow me to register new accounts on these two sites for this purpose you can't use an external browser or use any hidden browser, you should use only HttpWebRequest Or Sockets to do that.. This job can be done in less than 30 minutes by an experimental Developer. If the selected developer finish successfully this task, he will do a bigger project so you can consider this very small project as a test. Please don't bid if you are not familiar with this kind of project.
