Application Development and Database Set-Up, $100 p/d, Urgent

Greetings Programmers, I need a capable programmer who is experienced with both C++ and PHP, and is able to set up a small database, with little lines of programming involved. Also, I need a small executable file which is able to interact with this database, so experience and skill in Application Development is mandatory. Estimated time programming is 3-6 hours. I will work with only one bidder, and only serious bids will be considered. Not responding on my answer to your bid is a definitive placement on my blacklist, so think well before you bid.
