Auto create blank images !

Hello, I need a desktop software to generate small white blank images. (jpg file type) I have list of names in a text file, eg: ------------ aaa bbb bbb bbb ccc ccc ccc ccc ------------ I want the software to generate images with names from the file. So, if I have 100,000 list of names in the txt file, the software will generate 100,000 images each having it's own name. Images must be unique (in terms of properties), it should not be generated by copy/pasting, I want the images to be unique because I will be uploading these images to a site and their site's software can detect duplicate images. This should be very easy for the right person. Thank you !
