Convert C# to VB .Net 2010

Short and simple, I need someone to convert this component from C# to Visual Basic 2010 .net for Winform's code. [[login to view URL]][1] I want this to compile as a DLL. Remember VB 2010 Winform code. 95% will convert with the online converters, there are some portions that I am having issues with.
