Copy/Paste Extension

I would like to create a special utility that extends the standard copy/paste behaviors. This utility would need to extend any context menu/application that allows the copy and paste features. Please see the attached document for the bid requirements. If you have any questions regarding the bid requirements, please ask before you bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Developer agrees not to offer this work or any re-write thereof, to any other source for a 12-month period. ## Platform Win95-WinXP All versions should be supported and tested.
