Create a MMORPG based on a flash game

Hi, hope you are doing well, I'm looking for someone or group that can develop an MMORPG, it can be developed in flash or whatever technology you want to use, the idea is that you need copy the game and manage to do all of the requirements to convert it to be an MMORPG, want to convert the game to have PVE (Player vs environment) and PVP (Player vs player) in a similar way World of Warcraft do. This may be a downloadeable game that can be only used in a PC, let me know your suggestions and if you can do this game not in flash (like workd of warcraft but not such complexity of graphics).
