Database Mailer

This is a repost that was done for clarification. The deadline on this project can not be exceeded. By bidding you agree to post updates on your work executables included everyday. The project is for a piece of software that will query a database full of customers and use the results to print a customized letter, customized envelope, or customized mailing label. We would also like a mass mailer included but that is not required. However any bid with this feature will be given preference to one without. Mailing label sizes can be seen at: <[login to view URL]> Envelope sizes can be seen at: <[login to view URL]> The database must be able to be easily queried by someone without sql knowledge. The query fields are first name, last name, zip code (range), city, state. If you can make it expandable that would be a plus. The database must be able to import csv files that do not match the formatting of the database. To accomplish this an import wizard like window should ask which column in the file goes to which column in the database. Please inform us which database you will be using. We prefer something that is light weight like access but will deal with mysql. I am attaching two of the csvs (headers only) we will be importing. A clean GUI is a requirement. I am a software engineer and might have to make changes to your code so clean coding practices as well as commenting must be there. By bidding you agree to all of the terms involved. If you do not agree do not bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. c) An easy to use install that sets up the database, and the application must be included. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 9x, 2000, XP
