Hi, I can do this project in C++, Java, C# or even Delphi. I am a new freelancer and trying to build a reputation here. That's why I will propose the following: you PM me telling about the details of the project you want done so I can start doing it. Then I will send you a working sample. All that WITHOUT you AWARD me the project. If you like the sample, then you award me the project and I will give you many befits, like: * The Source code is yours. * All kind of support you come to need later on. * Customized user interface. I am setting three days as a deadline, but depending on the details of the project, It might be done in less time. The deadline could include the days used to develop the sample as the sample would be the finished project but with some kind of limitation. After you award me the project, the limitation would be removed to turn the software into a full functional version.

What's the database you want to work with and what kind of information do you want to collects? Should this be a Windows program?

MA in physics, more than 10 years experience in programming, worked extensively with C++, PHP, Matlab.

I have done this previously with no problems raised. Will parse info from database and store it in a text file.

This should be very straight forward depending upon your database. SQL or Oracle will need different connectors / drivers. I can make and example C / C++ code for My SQL or Oracle or Access with appendable classes so that you can add code later.
