I have done similar project where I got a 60% accuracy in resolving the captchas which have wave distortions.

i am experience in this type project and also strong knowledge in the c# & .net concepts

I just finished a C++ captcha re<b><i>Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for breaching our Terms and Conditions</i></b>. I will only need to do minor modifications. My re<b><i>Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for breaching our Terms and Conditions</i></b> is based on neural network technology. I will need to train the neural network for this particular application (2-3 days automatic training), so we will need to generate sample captchas. I will take care of this if you send me the link to the site. Once the neural network has been trained recognition takes below 1 second. Ratio is far better than 50%, depending on the captcha used.
