Customization of existing wordpress theme

I need an experienced wordpress developer to customize functionality of an existing theme. This not a large project, but it is a not simple one either. There is not a lot of CSS work - this is mainly PHP functionality on custom posts. Candidates must be able to provide examples of their work, and have at least one review from another hiring manager. All requirements are in the attached document, including a secret word which MUST BE QUOTED on any application. This is to prove that you have read and understood the requirement. **Those that do not meet these requirements in full should not apply and will be DELETED IMMEDIATELY** Budget for this work is between $30 and $50 All applications MUST include the secret word and also an estimate on when this work can be finished.
