Design a Joomla template

Looking to have a designer create a Joomla template for an ecommerce site that will be selling hair accessories. Looking for style and layout similar to: [login to view URL] shopping cart with web 2.0 feel with nice CSS tables etc... I do not have the logo yet, but will provide it once I have it designed and ready. Template must be Joomla compatible for today's many of the bpopular versions of browsers.
