CodeIgniter private project for RG

This is a private project for RG Need you to get our CodeIgniter CMS working for the following 1. Taking the details from my app and populating a table of comments which will relate to each topic title 2. Repairing the algorithm for the hotwords so that it doesn't pick up parts of words inside other words or the topic title itself (when it's on that topic title) Need this completed by Thursday morning 0900GMT as I've got an urgent deadline.
