Convert two searches from ColdFusion to Php

We need the following searches to be converted from ColdFusion to Php. We are changing host companies and they don't support ColdFusion. The new searches must be uploaded to the new host company. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The searches are pulling the data from the excel sheets attached. We usually save them as a txt files and upload them. One search is for the paint protection and the other one is for the tint.
