basic web site

I would like a web site made for a Canadian construction company. A clone of something that looks like this or something similar: [login to view URL] I need an artistic team to work on this project. If you can creatively redesign the logo that is a plus. Requirements: -Ability for admin to add content in the body of the site and various other sections: Similar tabs to the above link. I also would like "current projects" and "past projects" tabs (these tabs will replace gallery - Ability for admin to upload photos to content (current and past projects) - ability to add comments underneath photos - I also want a section on the site for potential clients to put their personal details, type of project and project details (this will be similar to the contact us in the above link). Potential client section: Personal details will look similar to a generic registration page type of project will be a drop down box that the admin can customize with different options users can select from. As an example: renovations, plumbing, drywall, panting, other, ect. Project details will be content a user will fill out detailing the project. Creativity is a must please pm for more details.
