Data Entry Job: Transcribing Wine Menus

I have a list of online wine menus for approximately 1000-1200 restaurants. I need someone to transcribe the list of wines listed in the menus in an Excel spreadsheet. Sometimes the URL that I have available will not point directly to the wine list but to the website of the restaurant, which can be browsed to locate the wine list. Examples: * [login to view URL] (This is one of the most extensive wine menus) * [login to view URL] * [login to view URL] * [login to view URL] * [login to view URL] * [login to view URL] There are a few websites that are in Flash, and for which I cannot provide an explicit URL, e.g., [login to view URL] (click Menu->Winelist) ## Deliverables I would like to get updates every 2-3 days, with the list of transcribed wines that have been entered so far. Each line in the Excel should contain: * Restaurant Name * Category of wine (red, white, rose) * Name of the wine (type the full entry) * Type of wine (chardonnay, pinot noir, etc.) -- if available * Producer (if you can tell from the name) * Country (if you can tell from the name, or if listed in the menu) * Region (if you can tell from the name, or if listed in the menu) * Price * Year * Size (Bottle? Half-Bottle? Glass? 1.5L?) * Description -- if available * (If you have suggestions of adding more details in the Excel spreadsheet, I would be glad to discuss your suggestions). I **do not** want beers, cocktails, and non-wine alcoholic beverages.
