Anti Virus

Hello every coders on RAC. I would like to make an Anti Virus program. The program must have features below : 1. Real-time scanner. When Users open/run... a file. Our program must scan that file for virus before the user can do anything on that file. 2. Virus Scanners. Used for virus scanning. It must detect virus from memory and from harddisk. I most have the information on how (where) to grab lastest db. 3. Give me all details about your program : Virus DB structure, how the program detect an virus, where it restore the original bytes from infected files... In other hand, it's your Anti Virus documentation. 4. Some features will be perfect if your program have : Fast scanning, auto updater, mail virus checker, Office virus checker... I need this project with lowest price because I just will use its core, and I must redesign the GUI.
