Add Text Entry Field ability to FPDF

FPDF is an open source PDF generator written in PHP. I need to add the ability to generate a text entry field in the PDF, so the user can type in that field and then print or save the PDF. Default text ability required on the fields as well. I have some docs from Adobe on this, and FPDF is open source. If this does work I would like to release it back to FPDF
