Android app that fetchs data from Wordpress website

Hello! I am building travel guide website based on Wordpress CMS. Site will contain articles/pictures about interesting things in my country (what to do, caffes, history...) and few Google Maps. I need someone who knows how to turn this website into mobile application for Android and maybe iPhone iOS. User would download app from Android/iPhone marketplace, and would be able to browse the app and all the data would come from website. Also, i would like to know is it possible to create the app, so that it gets only necessary data from website (because of the bandwith on mobile phones).
