Automated Wordpress Video site

I need a self-running wordpress video site where once I specify the topic (or keywords), rss feeds should automatically start populating the site on a daily basis. Additionally, I need a tubepress plugin ([login to view URL]) setup, so the site can also display videos from Youtube by category. A good example of such a site is [login to view URL] where the articles and videos are self generated with no user involvement. Only those experienced with setting up WP blogs and possible some experience with rss feeds and the tubepress plugin should bid. Any design should be flexible so I can re-use the WP blog by specifying new topics or keywords.
