Messages have fields that are easily chosen such as [first name] [business name] [sale name] [city] whatever the client chooses from right hand side field merge area. Admin area can upload these messages. Fields will mainly be used with business terms. Ability to send surveys to client database. Software scans most popular words and phrases. Great for marketing.
