Bespoke Website template

I need the following things: 1. A universal template that I can use for a content fully functional interactive website. 2. I take for inspiration the websites of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for their crisp and clear user interface. 3. Something that programmers can plug their code into easily and for that reason ask that the HTML be done via hand - no crappy front-page or other edited sites. Developers know what I mean! 4. Provide an interface similar in functionality and ease of use as facebook.com. 5. Each page will comprise navigation at left, some navigation at top, some navigation at the footer as standard and place for content in the middle. 6. All designs will be incorporated into a stylesheet which is custom. 7. The website is being written around .NET. 8. In terms of functionality AJAX is ideal. In terms of style ideas: 1. All links will be stylized and upon hover-over will underline. 2. The menu will be crisp and clear and not a simple word, there will be design clue. Everything must be easily extend able. There will be at least two levels of menu, i.e. a submenu. As much as possible it should appear like the windows type interface of drop downs. Or some kind of tab based [login to view URL] menu item will change in response "hover over". 3. Each page will have a logon and password box along with suitable graphic for logging in. The boxes will be nicely sized, coloured and proprotioned - as the same for the search. 4. Each page will have search box along with custom search icon. 5. There should be space at the top for quick links and go to pages. 6. Third column with the third column for help and quick links etc. 7. Space below the menu or in consultation for a standard ad rotator or google adsense. 8. No graphics to be lifted from othersites. Only inspiration from other sites - no rip-offs. 9. The colour scheme will be colourful but pastel with mainly a white background with elements of colour for menu. ## Deliverables Custom generic template. You are producing one page along with graphics and a stylesheet. I have been explicit with what I need, an experienced designer can produce something relatively quickly - its not complex.
