CSS Layout Work

I need an external CSS for use in multiple one-page sites. I am currently using tables and would like the table html removed and converted to CSS layout. There is currently a CSS in use but I am not using everything in there I would like it stripped of unused elements and retain only those in use. I want to retain the look/design as it exists: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The layout should have two columns: - The left column has 3 rows: title, text, and reference section -the right column is one single column for the Ebay code. the right column can be very long sometimes so the text in the left side must stay compact up against the top and not spread out to match the height of the right column. ## Deliverables - New external css with format for new layout and only including tags in use. - Coversion of [login to view URL] to use the new CSS. Removal of table. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Layout is identical in major browsers : IE and Firefox
