Code rework php/mysql 'Professionals database'

The full working PHP/MySql based 'Professionals database' web application should be re-written to make it independent from the actual embedded web site. All the existing code is available but it might be considered to recreate all code from scratch using the existing application as a functional analyse. So both price offers are welcome! There is a Front-end (public) and back-end (administrator) web interface. Front-end; The concept is a kind of 'Personal Profile - Network' system where you can leave your résumé details based on pre-defined fill-in forms. First part is a mandatory basic registration where later the registered person can complete the rest of the forms. Some text boxes are using a WYSIWYG editor. Back-end; The admin. can put the registered persons details in 3 kinds of baskets; registered, refused and deleted. Also all registrants CV parameter can be edited & deleted by the administrator Finally the admin. can make a PDF (PHP driven) document. The lay-out should be CSS driven, independent from the actual used web site. Extra functionality's (developments) will be required in the future. Attached doc. is a small overview of the actual application web pages. I need a good and confident PHP/MySql programmer to work on long term projects in the future. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
